This policy describes how the website works today and is pending review by the owner. You may provide storm or insurance-related information only to communicate about your estimate request. This does not mean Rick's Roofing represents you in an insurance claim. Your insurer decides coverage. The details submitted with an estimate request are stored with that request. Your submitted email, phone, address, ZIP code, selected service, and description are also used to create a one-way SHA-256 hash to prevent duplicate submissions.

A hash is a code calculated from those details, not a copy of them. The hash does not make your stored estimate request anonymous. Separately, technical connection data is hashed for abuse-rate limits; the raw connection address is not stored in the rate-limit record. If JavaScript is unavailable, the form's POST /contact fallback keeps your form information out of the URL query string. This fallback does not deliver an estimate request.
